Unicode approved revolving hearts emoji ๐ in 2010 as part of Unicode 6.0. It was released as part of a love fest: heart with arrow ๐, beating heartย ๐, broken heartย ๐, two heartsย ๐, sparkling heart ๐, heart with ribbon ๐, heart decoration ๐, and growing heart ๐.
Most platforms depict a smaller red or pink heart in the upper right next to a larger one in the lower left, with similarly colored ribbons representing that they are rotating, as shown in the screenshot from Emojipedia below.

Older versionsย actually animated a small heart moving in a circle around a larger one, which was scrapped with the adoption non-animated emoji.
