enchilada vs. burrito: What's the difference?
Enchilada and burrito both refer to rolled, filled tortilla dishes originating in cuisine from what is now Mexico. Burritos are usually larger and assembled with an already cooked mixture of beans, cheese, and/or ground meat. Enchiladas are usually filled with a seasoned mixture often containing meat, covered in a sauce, and then baked.
